For journalists

If you are reporting on censorship, surveillance or digital rights and want to quote our work, republish it, or reach the editor, everything you need is on this page.

Editorial contact

Pavel Kadlec, Editor — info@withoutcensorship.com. We usually reply within one to two business days. Write to us about corrections, verification of something we published, interview requests or collaboration.

How to cite us

Please credit the author, the title of the piece, WithoutCensorship.com and the publication date, with a working link to the original article.

Republishing and licence

Our own work is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). You may republish it in whole or in part, translate it and use it commercially; the only condition is credit and a link back. If you shorten a piece, say so. Some articles come from other open-licence publishers and keep their original byline and licence — the note at the foot of each article says which. Full terms are on our Republishing & Licences page.

Corrections

Factual errors are corrected as soon as the facts can be confirmed. Substantive corrections carry a dated note at the foot of the article.

Our full Editorial Policy explains how stories are selected, verified and corrected.

Writing for us

Journalists, researchers and independent voices can publish with us. Every submission is read by a real editor and no registration is required.
